Coomassie staining of cell lysate of differentiated neurons.

The clear detection of the neuronal protein bands ranging from low to high molecular sizes suggested good quality of the cell lysate of HBMEC, Detroit and neurons. The numbers on the left side of the image show the protein molecular weight in kDa.
