posted on 2023-05-25, 17:45 authored by Gaurav Bajpai, Samuel SafranThe Hi-C data from the Drosophila genome [101] was used to compare the chromosome mixing index during the developmental stages of Drosophila, specifically in nuclear cycle 12 (nc12), 13 (nc13), and 14 (nc14). The comparison revealed that chromosome mixing increased progressively from nc12 to nc14.
