Total digestive transit time is delayed in 9 month old Spry4 KO and Kit^WT/K641E mice compared to WT animals.

Total transit time was determined using the Carmine red method. The delayed in transit time was not significant in 3-month-old Spry4 and Kit^WT/K641E animals (A) but delay became significant by 9 months of age (B). P-values (Kruskal-Wallis test with Dunn’s post-hoc) *: p<0.05, **: p<0.01.
