Samples were taken and incubated with 10 mM NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffer containing 10% Sarkosyl for 30 min followed by centrifuging at 150,000 g for 30 min. Pellets were re-suspended with 2× loading buffer and separated by 13.5% SDS-PAGE. Gel was stained by Coomassie Blue R250.
