The effects of PMBPs on apoptosis-related proteins.

<p>(A,B) The A2780 and OV2008 cells were treated with PMBPs (0, 15, 25, 35, 50 μg/ml) for 24 h and then harvested. Cell lysates were prepared and subjected to Western blot analysis. The protein levels of Bcl-2, cleaved-caspase-3 and cleaved-caspase-9 were measured by Western blot. (C,D,E) Histograms show mean expression levels of Bcl-2, cleaved-caspase-3 and cleaved-caspase-9 (±SD), respectively, from three independent experiments. Bcl-2, cleaved-caspase-3 and cleaved-caspase-9 levels were expressed relative to loading control, β-Actin.
