Response to stimulus was taken as 100%, while the relaxation or inhibitory effect of BLEB was evaluated as a percentage of this response. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM. * = p<0.05 vs PBOO; ** = p<0.01 vs PBOO. (n = strips obtained from 25 different animals, one to two strips were used for each animal).
