Somatostatin Analogues for Receptor Targeted Photodynamic Therapy - Figure 4

(A) PDT effects of un-conjugated Ce6 and conjugate 1 (c = 1 µM) on K562 sst₂⁺ cell viability as a function of light dose. There is a statistically significant difference between the viability of cells incubated with un-conjugated Ce6 followed by irradiation with different light doses and the non-irradiated cells (groups of controls) (p<0.005).
