<p>The lower circle dots are for 725 pairs of TLC (median [interquartile], 1370 [1025–1760] cells/mm<sup>3</sup>) and CD4 cell count of less than 350 cells/mm<sup>3</sup>. The middle diamond dots are for 124 pairs of TLC (median [interquartile], 1885 [1500–2355] cells/mm<sup>3</sup>) and CD4 cell count of between 350 cells/mm<sup>3</sup> and 500 cells/mm<sup>3</sup>. The upper triangle dots are for 128 pairs of TLC (median [interquartile], 2222 [1840–2698] cells/mm<sup>3</sup>) and CD4 cell count of greater than 500 cells/mm<sup>3</sup>.</p>
