RsiV binds C-type lysozyme but not mutanolysin.

2 mg of purified GST-RsiV59–285, in PBS-EW, was loaded on a Glutathione HiCap Matrix column. 2 mg of HEW lysozyme (A), Human lysozyme (B), or mutanolysin (C), reconstituted in PBS-EW, was applied to the column. PBS-EW buffer and TNGT buffer were used as wash and elution buffers, respectively. Samples were taken and analyzed by SDS-PAGE as described for the 6×His-tagged proteins above.
