(A) ACH-activated NSCC currents were partially inhibited by 10 µM Pyr3 and the remaining currents were totally blocked by chloroquine. (B) Summary of the inhibitory effect of Pyr3 and chloroquine on ACH-induced NSCC currents (n = 6 cells/4 mice). This result suggests that NSCC currents inhibited by chloroquine were partially from TRPC3 channels. **: p<0.01; ***: p<0.001.
