Pull-down of endogenous Lyn from human cells.

Ramos cells were cultured and the clarified lysate was incubated with biotinylated 2H7 or wild-type FN3 (WT-FN3) monobody. Protein complex was then captured with streptavidin-coated magnetic beads and analyzed by Western blot. The Western blot included a recombinant Lyn protein as a positive control, along with the input and output samples of the pull-down experiment. The Lyn proteins were detected on the blot with a commercial anti-Lyn antibody.
