For participants with an elevated viral load (>5,000 copies/ml), confirmatory test specimens were to be collected an additional 60 days later (90 days after enrollment). Again, participants were to return 30 days after DBS collection for receipt of results. This diagram describes the observed periods (mean number of days and range) between each participant study encounter.
