βPS integrins are recruited to sites of misexpressed C3G^WT protein.

(A–B) Mef2-GAL4 was used to drive expression of wild type (C3G^WT) specifically in muscles. Body wall muscles from 3^rd instar larvae were dissected and stained with antibodies recognizing Myc-C3G^WT (red) and βPS (green), respectively. βPS was observed to partially co-localize with C3G^WT, both in perinuclear regions (A–A″) and in the accumulations of C3G^WT protein at one side of muscle attachment sites (B–B″).
