PiedraKL distances were calculated for each position by the comparison between genotype GA1 to other HRSV-A strains and between reference strain B-CH-18537-62 to other HRSV-B isolates. KL values >0.5 were considered significant. Percentages of divergent sites by domains are shown for HRSV-A and HRSV-B strains.
