The lines in part A show the weekly maximum, minimum, and mean temperatures for the study area. The height of the bars indicates the weekly precipitation totals. Part B shows the number of households sampled per week during the study period. The yellow bars represent the early season samples, and the orange bars represent the late season samples. The purple bars indicate samples during the transmission season, primarily cluster surveys.
