McNeish, Ken Arai, Eng H. LoNSPC cultures were treated with various concentrations of Isx-9, and two days later, their proliferation was evaluated by direct counting. Maintaining cells in the proliferative media was used as a positive control to proliferate NSPCs. (A) Representative images of NSPCs after Isx-9 treatment. (B) Isx-9 treatment slightly promoted the proliferation of NSPCs. The positive control indeed increased the number of NSPCs. p.c. indicates positive control. (C) WST assay shows similar responses to Isx-9 in NSPCs. Data are mean ± SD. *p<0.05 vs. control group.
