The STRING database was used to predict the relationships between the differentially expressed immune-related genes. The lines of different colors represent the types of evidence upon which the associations are based: green, neighborhood evidence; red, gene fusion evidence; blue, co-occurrence evidence; black, coexpression evidence; purple, database evidence; cyan, text-mining evidence; yellow, homology evidence.
