Ferl(a) A homozygous T-DNA insertion mutant for AtMRS2-10 (At1g80900) was identified by PCR based on the SALK_100361.41.30.x line. (b) RNA extracted from mrs2-10 and Col-0 leaves was tested for the presence of MRS2-10 mRNA with gene-specific primers. Alpha-(α)-Tubulin (TUB) was used as a constitutive control.
