ChaoBALB/c mice were irradiated with 7.5 Gy and treated with rhGH i.v. daily at a dose of 20 µg/dose/day. Mice were sacrificed on day +14 and tibia was stained with hematoxylin and eosin and analyzed. The magnification was 12.6×. (A) Normal BALB/c mice; (B) Saline control; (C) rhGH. rhGH stands for recombinant human growth hormone.
