The molecular formula of gentiolactone is C10H12O5 and its monoisotopic mass is 212.068. B, RAW264.7 cells were seeded in 6-well culture plates (1×106 cells/well) and cultured with gentiolactone or helenalin for 24 hours. At the end of this period, the number of living cells in each well was counted.
