Expression of t-FAK and phalloidin in RAW264.7 cells.

A. t-FAK expression of RAW264.7 cells of each group was tested by “real time” PCR using comparative CT method. (n = 5). B. RAW264.7 cells of each group were stained with FITC-phalloidin and DAPI and then photographed under a fluorescence microscope using a ×63 objective.
