Oocyte = Unfertilized oocytes at day 1; 1PN = fertilized oocyte with 1 pronucleus at day 1; (3PN) = fertilized oocytes with 3 pronuclei at day 1. The expression levels of NLRP5, 9, 12 and 7 in day 1 abnormal embryos were lower than in normal ones. Error bars = SEM (standard error of the mean).
