(A,B) The cells were treated with PMBPs (0, 5, 10, 25 μg/ml) for 24 h. Cell lysates were prepared and subjected to Western blot analysis. The protein level of nuclear p65, p-IκBα, IκBα, p-ERK, p-p38 and p-JNK were measured. (C,D) Histograms show mean (±SD) level of nuclear p65, p-IκBα, IκBα, p-ERK, p-p38 and p-JNK from three independent experiments. The nuclear p65, p-IκBα, IκBα, p-ERK, p-p38 and p-JNK expression levels were expressed relative to loading control β-Actin and standardized to the non-treated control group. *P<0.05 and **P<0.01 compared to the control group.
