TUNEL staining in positive control section of BALB/c mice (induced with leukemia and without treatment) shows aggressive cell proliferation without apoptotic cells. Tissues of BALB/c mice induced with leukemia and treated with 100 mg/kg thymoquinone (TQ) show the evidence of apoptosis by the represented apoptotic cells (white arrows).
