A – Photograph: iris with visible melanoma at 1 o'clock (arrow). B – UBM of patient after ruthenium-106 plaque brachytherapy: residual tumor mass with height of 2.7 mm (arrow). C+D – Sagittal and axial T2w images: Inhomogeneous tumor invading the ciliary body (arrow). Low-signal-intensity cap-shaped mass representing the melanin-producing portion of the tumor. No scleral invasion.
