Curves for WT Trx, pelB Trx and malE Trx are not distinguishable due to overlapping data. Protein concentration was 3 µM and ANS concentration was 300 µM. Sample excitation was at 388 nm. All Trx spectra were acquired in CGH 10 buffer pH 7.4 and the MBP spectrum was acquired in CGH 10 buffer pH 2.5.
