Vaccination with HS-peptide conjugated to KLH induces anti-LAM antibodies.

Mice (n = 5) per group were vaccinated with HS peptide conjugated to KLH (A) or HSSR peptide conjugated to KLH (B) and sera was collected after 4 vaccinations. Sera was collected from individual mice and tested for binding (1:100 dilution) to BSA, LAM, HS peptide conjugated to KLH, HSSR conjugated to KLH or KLH alone (10 μg/ml for each coating molecule) by ELISA. Shown is a scatter plot from one experiment of two. ** p< 0.01, **** p<0.0001 compared to BSA by one-way ANOVA and Holm-Sidak test for multiple comparisons.
