To use the FastCloneAssist tool, start by running the program and selecting your preferred FastCloning method by entering 1 or 2. Next, input your DNA sequence in the specified format and optionally provide your desired melting temperature (Tm) value. Once you’ve entered the required information, the tool will process the inputs, and within a few seconds, a new window will appear, prompting you to save the results as a text file.
