LewisComparison of Jaccard similarity for core reaction list of 44 cancer cell lines using (B) different linkage methods and (A) silhouette value for quality of clusters when using StanDep. The Euclidean distance method and 26 clusters were used. Complete, centroid, average, and median lead to nearly 90% mean Jaccard similarity.
