Median and IQRs are shown for normalized, adjusted quantitative trait distributions of genotyped PCOS cases with reproductive or metabolic subtype. The figure illustrates the traits for which the subtypes differ significantly with an asterisk (*Bonferroni adjusted Wilcoxon, Padj < 0.05): Ins0, BMI, Glu0, FSH, LH, and SHBG.
