Circles on the map display deployed telemetry receivers, and the location of New York City (NYC), the Tappan Zee Bridge (TZB), and the Poughkeepsie USGS water monitoring station (USGS) are shown. Points show yearly values of egg density and box plots represent interannual variation. Highlighted areas, upper reach (red) and lower reach (blue) represent the regions of spawner abundance monitored by NY state scientists.
