HarmerLipophilicity is measured as C log P octanol/water, i.e. higher values correspond to higher lipophilicity. Note that simvastatin, lovastatin, and atorvastatin [29] are considered lipophilic statins, whereas rosuvastatin [30] is a highly hydrophilic statin.
