(A) Typical amplification curves of ten-fold serially diluted red fox DNA. (B) The standard curve was generated from a dilution series of the DNA of Vulpes vulpes by plotting the amplification time versus the log of the DNA concentration. At concentrations below 1.45E-02 pg/μl the data falls off. The correlation is a linear response.
