Dendritic complexity of MCs that misexpressed dnMib1 was not altered.

MCs were labeled with DiI and analyzed as in Fig 1: control, n = 18 from 6 mice; dnMib1, n = 16 from 6 mice. The phenotypes were indistinguishable among embryos transfected with the same genes. Scale bar: 20 μm. There were no significant differences in the number of branch points, total dendrite length or length of the longest dendrite of MCs between control and dnMib1 (P ranged from 0.905 to 0.972).
