Co-IP detected interaction between ATP13A2-Halo and mCherry-Tom20-N.

Cells co-expressing ATP13A2-Halo and mCherry-Tom20-N were assayed for protein interaction. Immunoprecipitation was performed using anti-ATP13A2 antibody and co-precipitated mCherry-Tom20-N was detected. The original entire images of the membranes are shown in S7 Fig.
