Culture supernatants and cells were collected and analyzed at day 7 for number of total cells via hemocytometer (A) and flow cytometry with fixable viability dye (B). Total secreted IgM (C) and IgG (D) were determined by ELISA as described in Materials and Methods. Results are representative of three independent experiments with three individual animals. Data are mean ± SEM. Statistical differences of *p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 were determined using ANOVA to compare group means followed by t-tests to calculate significance.
