The fig displays 61 kinase peptide substrates identified to have reduced phosphorylation levels when incubated with lysates from monocytes stimulated with N. meningitidis, compared with lysates from unstimulated monocytes. One peptide substrate (VGFR2) had increased phosphorylation levels. Protein lysates from three biological replicates from each of the three experimental groups (Nm, Nm + IL-10, IL-10) were analyzed to generate the kinase activity profiles. Listed are the substrates’ corresponding gene names in reverse alphabetical order.
