The significant quantitative trait loci (QTLs) are shown on the right side of each LG, and black boxes indicate significant intervals by multiple QTL mapping analysis (p < 0.10). The significant intervals are determined based on evaluations conducted in 2014–2016 and the average of the three years. MS-P1, 2, and 3 are QTLs for the number of pollen grains per anther. MS-F1 and 2 are QTLs for apparent pollen fertility.
