AlessiBone marrow derived macrophages from LRRK2 knockout mice and wild type littermate controls were plated at a density of 1×106 in 2 ml of tissue culture media. Cells were treated with 100 ng/ml LPS 24 h after plating and RNA collected at the indicated time points. Gene expression was normalized to GAPDH and the fold increase in mRNA expression compared to wild type macrophages at time 0 was calculated by the comparative Ct method (2−ddct). Data is presented as mean fold increase in expression ± S.E.M. Experiments were performed with n = 4 in duplicate.
