(A) Embryos from the indicated strains were grown on plates with tunicamycin (TM) and assessed for their ability to develop to the L4 stage. (B) daf-2(e1370) and daf-16(mu86) were tested for ER stress resistance with and without pgrn-1(-) in the background. (C) daf-16(mu86); muIs113 and pgrn-1(tm985); muIs113 animals were tested for ER stress resistance. (D) pmk-1(km25) and pgrn-1(-); pmk-1(-) mutants were tested for ER stress resistance.
