<p>(A) Vacuolar H<sup>+</sup>-ATPase activity and (B) V-PPase activity were determined in wild type (WT) and three <i>OsVHA-A</i> RNA interference lines (<i>OsV-5</i>, <i>OsV-11</i>, and <i>OsV-18</i>).
