SKNSH cells were treated with 0, 10, 20 or 50 µM clozapine for 24 hours and then incubated with TMRM for 20 minutes at 37°C with 5% CO2. Confocal micrographs analyzed for mitochondrial membrane potential and volume using the Nernst Potential MulPro2D plug-in for Image J software.
