Recombinant gp120s were expressed in CHO cells (black lines), 293 cells (blue lines), or GnTĪ 293 cells (red lines). Antibody binding to MN-rgp120 or A244-rgp120 was measured to untreated (circles) and neuraminidase-treated (squares) envelope proteins. Envelope proteins produced in GnTĪ 293 cells are indicated by triangles. The specific antibodies used in each experiment are identified in each panel. Proteins were coated directly onto microtiter plates, and binding was determined by ELISA.
