Splicing of porcine NR3C1 shows no differences associated with SNP c.1829C>T.

Splicing of the glucocorticoid receptor alpha isoform was examined using reverse-transcription PCR and cDNA from adrenal (A) and pituitary gland (B) of three individuals alternative homozygous for SNP c.1829C>T. Exons (denoted as E) of porcine NR3C1 covered by the PCR amplicons are indicated above the corresponding PCR products.
