Microtiter plate was coated with BmCRT and after blocking the remaining protein-binding site with skimmed milk wells were incubated overnight with a HuC1q as mentioned in method section. Effect of Ca+2 on the binding of both proteins was measured at 490 nm. The data are presented as means ± SD; n = 3. ** P<0.01, ***P<0.001.
