Total cellular RNA was isolated. The level of IFN-β (A), G1P3 (B) and 18U (C) mRNA was quantified by real-time PCR and normalized with GAPDH respectively. IFN-a treatment was used as positive control. The data represented means of three different experiments. *P<0.05, **P<0.01, *** P<0.001 verse library.
