D-DNAzyme and Panel C: The % fraction of D-DNAzyme degraded at given times. Sera used in these experiments Sigma 2009 (I), Sigma 1996 (II) and serum isolated from a patient (III). The DNAzymes were incubated with the sera at 37°C for the times indicated in hrs in the panels. Other details see Materials and Methods.
