Allan WalkerFold difference in IL-8 mRNA and secreted protein levels after IL-1β (10 µg) stimulation (Figure 4A; **p<0.001), TLR2 mRNA (Figure 4B; **p<0.001) and A-20/TOLLIP mRNA (*p<0.01) and protein (*p<0.01) (Figure 4C) were noted when fetal vs. NEC primary cells were compared.
