Gene expression of IMD and its receptor components in rat male reproductive systems.

The relative gene expression of intermedin (IMD) and its receptors components CLR, RAMP1, RAMP2 and RAMP3 in adult rat male reproductive systems including testes, epididymis, vas deferens, seminal vesicles, coagulating glands and prostate was analyzed by QPCR. Beta-actin served as the reference gene; all data were expressed as mean ± SEM; n = 5–6.
