Far-UV CD spectra of BmCRT.

CD measurement was caried out in JascoJ810 spectropolarimeter, protein spectra were recorded between 190–250nmwavelength at 25°C. The spectrum was analyzed by use of K2D software. Inset showed Schematic diagram of BmCRT modeled protein, the ‘wiring diagram’ shows the protein's secondary structure elements (α-helices and β-sheets) together with various structural motifs such as β- and γ-turns, and β-hairpins with their corresponding amino acid residues.
